  • About Shipping Fees
    There will be FREE shipping for single orders above $150 (for selected countries only). For other countries, don't worry, you will get a discount on your shipping. Just contact us and get a quotation! *Products not covered by this promotion will be clearly marked on their respective product pages.* IMPORTANT You will be given a 90-day window to settle the shipment payment after the item is ready, and the shipping fee invoice has been sent. Failure to provide any update or payment within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your item, and no refund will be initiated without prior notice.
  • Where do you ship? and Where do you deliver to?
    We will be shipping from Malaysia. We offer shipping worldwide.
  • How do I track my order?
    We will update the tracking number of your order through system. You can track your delivery status using the tracking system of the related shipping company.
  • Can I order dolls that are not listed?
    YES, you can let me know what dolls you are looking for, i will follow the updates and notify you when its listed. You can combine with your previous order and ship them together. Even if you are looking for preloved, im happy to help 💖
  • Pre/Ready Stock Item
    Link: https://www.mydollection.com/readystock Items not listed in the Pre-Ready/Ready Stock section are ALL PRE-ORDER. Pre-Ready items will ship within 60 working days, and Ready Stock items will be sent in 45 working days. For pre-orders, the shipping date will depend on the order period. We will send you a confirmation message through the chat room and email before shipping.

  • About After-Sale-Services
    Please record a unboxing video whenever you receive a parcel. This is to ensure a smooth after-sales service and is required by the artist/company representatives. Please reach out to us within 5 days if you require assistance after receiving your parcel. Product defects is beyond our control as we operate as intermediaries. We will make every effort to communicate with the official representatives and facilitate after-sales service for you. However, please note that all responses will be subject to the official replies.
  • About Layaway
    Layaway is offered for all dolls and items in our shop, with a standard layaway duration of 3 to 6 months and an extended option of 7 to 12 months with a 5% charge. The 5% charge will be requested via the website chatbox. If you are able to complete the payment within 6months, we will refund the 5% with DollyPoint. Example: Layaway for 1-6 months: FREE OF CHARGE Layaway for 7-12 months: $100 x 5% = $105 *A $5 invoice ticket will be sent via our website chatbox.* Layaway orders are eligible to participate in promotions and events, contingent on the first payment date. First payment must be 30% or more of the total price. Once this initial payment is made, we will process your order, and we'll assist you in paying the remaining balance to the company/artist first. You can split payments or complete the layaway anytime within your layaway period. You can also request to extend your layaway period from standard to extended at any time after paying the 5% charges. We will send the item to you after the full payment has been received. Furthermore, if you fail to make payments for your layaways for three months or more without informing us or exceed your layaway plan without notice, your order will be forfeited without further notice, and no refunds will be issued. If you need additional time, please feel free to contact us before the due date for a potential extension. Please note that layaway orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We kindly remind you that if the full payment is not received within 10 days after the due date, we will be compelled to cancel the order. Unfortunately, in such cases, funds will not be refunded.

    Zone 1 Single Orders exceeding $150 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Zone 2 Single Orders exceeding $250 will enjoy FREE SHIPPING. Even if your order doesn't reach this amount, you can still benefit from a shipping discount for purchases over $150 Zone 3 Single Orders exceeding $150 will receive a shipping discount. *Products not covered by this promotion will be clearly marked on their respective product pages.* Free shipping is available only ONCE per fulfilled order.
